1. Exercise:

1) The process requires the supplier to supply a bill of materials, and the quality inspection department must conduct a test to store and reserve the processing whose composition and impurity content meet the process requirements.

2) Material pretreatment is important to remove contaminants and oxides on the surface of raw materials to ensure the cleanliness of raw materials.

3) According to different conditions, raw materials should make up for the burning loss of rare earth, manganese and other volatile elements.

4) Vacuum induction melting should be filled with argon under a vacuum of 0.1 Pa, melted into an alloy at 1300 degrees Celsius, and rapidly cooled the ingot to obtain an alloy with fine grains and uniform arrangement.

2. Semi-finished products: semi-finished products inspection has three aspects:

1) Appearance: The appearance of the alloy should have metallic luster, without obvious oxidation and discoloration, and the arrangement of the alloy should be uniform and fine, without looseness and impurities;

2) Chemical composition: The chemical composition of the alloy should be consistent with the design composition.

3) Electrochemical capability: You should meet the requirements of the company’s specifications, otherwise you cannot refuse.

3. Heat treatment:

The vacuum heat treatment furnace is selected and maintained by filling argon after vacuum pumping. The heat treatment process is important to make the product uniform and stable (eliminate internal stress), to ensure the alloy’s platform pressure, good uniformity and good cycle life characteristics. The key is to ensure temperature and vacuum, and measure oxygen content.

4. The whole process of alloy crushing, powder making and packaging is completely enclosed under argon maintenance to ensure that the alloy has a very low oxygen content. There are four aspects to finished product inspection.

1) Appearance: no discoloration and oxidation on the outside, no agglomeration

2) The physical function, particle size dispersion, and bulk rate meet the company’s specifications;

3) Chemical characteristics: alloy powder composition, impurity content, alloy PCT curve conform to company specifications;

4) Electrochemical function: the electrochemical capacity, charge and discharge characteristics, cycle life, high current pulse discharge characteristics and temperature characteristics of the alloy. The inner packaging adopts nylon composite plastic bag vacuum double-layer packaging, the whole box adopts nitrogen plastic bag packaging, and the outer box adopts carton packaging.
